Real

Hi! ❤️

We arrived in California yesterday. Mom and I just attended an incredible personal development event in Denver, CO.

Left to right – Evelyn, Amy, Jorjia.

Have you ever heard the quote that we are the average of the 5 people we spend the most time with?

I really got to see the implications of that quote this past weekend.

We got the chance to hang out with a bunch of like minded entrepreneurs and people who were ready and willing to work on themselves.

The energy in the room was palpable.

Every single person – each with a drastically different story – all coming together to change and heal themselves. It was absolutely epic. You could sense the difference in the atmosphere immediately.

Each day, I would notice things that are different from the ‘real world’ or ‘day to day’ world. Specifically, these humans communicated and listened to each other on a different level. Genuine, heart felt conversations and compliments occurring regularly. Smiles. Crying. Feeling like you’ve known these people for ages – even if you had just met. The feeling of connection and community was spectacular.

But what I wanted to talk about is the mindset and thought process.

It’s interesting because just being around these people and talking with them – I started to get awesome business ideas, ideas about things to write about and ideas on ways to help people.

They just started coming in, and when I would bring it up – the people I spoke to would get excited, encourage me and even add to the idea to make it even better!

My thinking was elevated.

Which makes me think that my level of thinking is also directly related to the level of thoughts of the people I surround myself with.

Would you agree that your thinking is also the average of the company you keep?

Who are you spending your time with?

Are they elevating your thinking and energies?

Are you elevating theirs?

Is that something you would like to change?

XO, Jorjia
